Hydrocarbon Resin – Based Concrete Curing Material
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Curetech HC is a cure material that hardens concrete and prevents solvent & hydrocarbon resin – based, fresh concrete from losing water. It also prevents formation of crack.
Application Scope:
- Airports and field concretes
- In the concretes that are used in canals and canalettes
- In pouring of concrete in the places where there is low moisture and high evaporation & airstream.
- Is applied to any concrete surfaces and is more effective and economic method compared to methods of sack, telis and watering
- Forms semi-mat surface
- Minimizes shrinkage cracks
- Provides harder surface
- Provides more effective cure compared to paraffin-based cure
- Easy to apply
Characteristics/Advantages:
Consumption:
On average, 0.16 – 0.19 kg/m2. It can be used in the second layer 6 hours after the first layer is done in case of hot wind and high temperature to provide good cure. Fewer amounts can be used in shade for internal surfaces.
