Acrylic Emulsion – Based Concrete Curing Material

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Curetech AC is an acrylic resin-based, one component cure material that hardens concrete and prevents concrete & plaster cement-based surface hardeners and mortars from losing water.  It also prevents crack formation.

 

Application Scope:

• Airport and field concrete
• In the concretes that are used in canals and raceways
• In pouring of concrete in places where there is low moisture and high evaporation & airstream.
  • Provides hydration of cement by retaining moisture in concrete through the layer that it forms
  • Is applied to any concrete surfaces and is more effective and an economic method compared to methods of sack and watering
  • Provides dust emission-free and harder surface
  • Minimizes shrinkage cracks
  • Solvent – free
  • Easy to apply

Consumption:

            Average consumption is 0.25 kg/m2. It can be used in the second layer 6 hours after the first layer is done in case of hot wind and high temperature to provide good cure. Fewer amounts can be used in shade for internal surfaces.
